From a Celestial Stance
I have twirled with the earth at the dawning,
When the sky was a vaporous flame;
I have sunk to the blue everlasting,
And played the cruel anglerfish game.
I have danced across high dunes long burning,
Where the wind has washed fine sands so plain;
I have watched the dark forest still growing,
Where shadow and light are the same.
I have run with the lions out hunting,
Where they rule over each of their reigns;
I have slid before avalanches rumbling,
And stumbled across uncertain terrain.
I have seen silhouettes ever shifting,
And heard subtle voices disdain;
I have felt the black universe yawning,
Where the dark planets roll without aim,
